Fact is, this board started out as a pro-JW site. And, once they start seeing the discussions, people (Simon included) began seeing the fallacies of the witlesses--and this board evolved into the apostate board that it is today.

This board started out as a pro-JW site? When did it turn X-JW? I thought from the beginning of seeing the site name that the name Jehovah's-Witness.net sounded more pro-JW.

New Hampshire has no income or sales tax?? Why doesnt all of America want to live there??

Didn't know that about New Hampshire. One of the reason's I chose Texas was the no income tax. Are the property taxes outrageous? It would be hard to leave the warmth of Texas for N.H. How is the cost of living in N.H?

Could a JC and disfellowshipping be avoided on medical grounds?

has anyone avoided a jc and probable disfellowshipping by providing a medical certificate/note to the elders( from their doctor or mental health professional) along the lines that they are suffering from depression, could not endure a jc or investigation, and the risk of disfellowshipping and being shunned by their family could worsen their depression and put their mental health/physical health at risk?.

if i was an elder and got a letter/note along those lines i think i would be scared off from going through with the jc..

Any elder with considerable financial assets should be very concerned of any possible legal implications from the results of any judicial action in a case like this. I would make damn well sure the WTS didn't leave me hung out to dry and holding the bag on a decision. Does the WTS indemnify the elders? I really don't remember much discussion on this matter. Of course back then I was naive and idealistic and didn't have the assets I have today.

JWs growing in numbers despite opposition and criticism from apostates and other religious commentators. Why?

i believe there are now over 7 million jws worldwide(correct me if i am wrong).

what makes this growth possible despite all the exposure on the internet and other media?.

not forgetting court cases and lawsuits.. is this not a sign that perhaps this is the true religion?.

Yes, the rabbits are married. The white rabbit is an elder and the brown rabbit an elderette. The 3rd rabbit is a WTS representative keeping a close eye on them to make sure no WTS "bedroom laws" are violated.

Unfortunately, the happy couple was DF'd shortly after this for the 10 seconds of oral sex that occurred starting @ 20 seconds into the clip.
